Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded.
However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
You were charged multiple times for the same product.
The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
You did not receive the download after purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
